Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on Australia Post's fees and charges.  They will be displayed in your shopping cart based on the weight of your order.  You can view Australia Post's calculator here  http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac

Delivery Policies
Normal shipping times are shown next to each title but can be affected by publisher supplies, or vary where an order contains multiple items. We will endeavour to ship to you in one consignment, but in order to expedite delivery, multiple orders may be shipped in parts. When this occurs, you will not be charged additional shipping charges.

You may wish to consider having your order sent to your work address, otherwise if there is no one able to receive delivery at the nominated address, Australia Post will leave you a note informing you of pick-up details from the nearest post office. This will avoid weather damage or theft.

If there is a delay in despatching your order we will email to advise you of the reason. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to despatch.

Cancelling Orders
You can cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. If you wish to return orders after this time, you will be credited the purchase price less postage, provided goods are returned in the good condition they were dispatched.

Returns and Refund Policy
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange all returns if the goods were damaged in transit, you were sent the wrong item, or you really, really don't like the book you ordered. If the item was damaged, please email us immediately and return the item with the original packing slip sent with the order, in its original packaging within 5 days, and a replacement will be sent to you.

If you have received the wrong item, please email us immediately to advise of the situation. Please make sure that the item is suitably packed and protected and must not have been used or read. Please include the original packing slip sent with the order, and return within 5 days. Products returned damaged will not be credited.

Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable except as a result of our error. All returns are to be sent to:

Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). You will not be charged this if it is not applicable in your country, however international shipping may be subject to local Custom's levies, additional charges must be borne by the purchaser.

Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period, or until stocks are depleted.

If you do not wish to pay by credit card, there is a Direct Deposit option available when you Checkout.  Alternatively, you can mail a cheque or postal order with your order; or phone us with details.
