Continuing the fascinating work on the periodic table by Farrington, Dhawale and particularly Jan Scholten, Dr Jayesh Shah (foster brother to Dr Rajan Sankaran) provides us with cases and insight into the second series.  The primary issue of the first row is existence, and of the second is separation and separate existence. Arranging clinical case remedies in the sequence of increasing atomic number brought to light a new dimension in understanding the periodic table, particularly the 'problem of structure' of minerals, as understood by the 'Bombay School'.  Perceiving this sensation has brought about a broader picture of the remedies.
