Dr. Choudhury is a professor of Homeopathy in Calcutta, a translator of The Organon, an author of many books dealing with aspects of Homeopathy, an advisor and member of many Homeopathic associations, a chief editor of a Homeopathic magazine and an experimenter, expounder and pioneer of the 50 millesimal scale of potencies. This book is an excellent presentation and description of Hahnemann’s theory of miasms. He writes clearly and explicitly about Hahnemann’s doctrine of miasms, the chronic miasms of Psora, Sycosis and Syphilis and also includes chapters on new miasms such as Tuberculosis, Cancer and Aids. He concludes the book with a description of mixed miasmatic states and their treatment and a chapter on the importance of 50 millesimal potencies. Highly recommended.
