Henry Guernsey (1817-1885) was the professor of Obstetrics at the Homoeopathic Medical College in Philadelphia during the 1870’s and is credited as the founder of the keynote system of prescribing. This book contains his keynotes of 196 remedies, a repertory and an index to the repertory. The book is the outcome of continued requests from his pupils for a synopsis of his lectures on the Materia Medica.
