Harvey Farrington (1872-1957) is recognised as a grand master of Homeopathy. He taught and practiced Homeopathy for 57 years and wrote several books on the subject. This book covers the history, fundamentals and concepts of homeopathy as well as instructions on case taking and prescribing. The bulk of the book is a Materia Medica where different remedies have been placed in groups where their actions are similar, for example, Aloe, Podo., and Nat sulph are grouped together because of their frequent use in liver affections. The book is organised into numbered paragraphs describing different aspects of the remedies.
