Dr. Fortier-Bernoville was a doctor of medicine in a French University that ran a Homeopathy course for already qualified doctors. His lectures were reported by Dr. P. Vincent in the French Journal “L’Homoeopathie Moderne” during the 1930’s. Dr.Fortier-Bernoville (who was editor at the time) authorised Raj Kumar Mukerji to translate and publish all of these articles. This book deals with homeopathic remedies of the circulatory system and the respiratory system and covers such topics as: - decongestive action, drainage remedies for various parts of the body, a Materia Medica of heart remedies with their indications (including nosodes and sarcodes), ailments of the respiratory system with the indicated remedies, aetiologies of cough and symptomatic remedies of coughs, he also includes some charts giving topographical representation of remedies and their sphere of action.
