Dr. Burnett (1840-1901) is regarded as a master homeopath. He was a major influence in the development of Homeopathy in England in the late 1800’s and a great uncle of Marjorie Blackie’s. This fascinating little book deals with the homeopathic treatment of children with abnormal or retarded growth, peritonitis, toothlessness, rickets, misshapen head, hunchback, lopsidedness, defective development of brain, epilepsy, a case of a deaf and dumb child etc etc. It is easy to read and has been written in a conversational style.
