This excellent and comprehensive book is divided into four parts. The first part deals with psychic or psychosomatic causes of illnesses and gives both the Bach and Homeopathic remedies with their indications for many illnesses arising from psychic imbalances such as: - being overambitious, personal carelessness, excessive demands, suppression of aggressive impulses, instability, need for attention and love, anxiety, fear of rejection, obsessions and perfectionism. The second part is a keynote Materia Medica of 39 Bach remedies, including rescue remedy, giving the homeopathic remedies that have similar actions as the specific Bach remedy. The third part is a repertory of psychic disturbances showing the relevant Bach remedies, and the fourth part is a transcript of a presentation by Cornelia Richardson-Boedler on “Four Ways to Heal” which describes the value of both Homeopathy and Bach flower remedies.
