Dr. Blackwood was an eminent homeopath who was: a Professor of Clinical Medicine and Materia Medica, physician to various hospitals, a homeopathic practitioner at his own clinic, a member of various homeopathic institutes and an author of many highly regarded books dealing with the homeopathic treatment of various diseases.
